For example take our LAP5 and LAP10 extension timers, if you need a room or panel mounted,1- 5 or 2-10 hour extension timer then look no further.

The LAP5 and LAP10 are perfect for schools, offices, sports halls, shops, theatres and many other applications where people need un-planned service from Boiler/Vent plant, lighting, or DHW supply outside of the normal schedules.

The units inform the user of the extended period by showing a clear LED per hour and on each push of the button. The LED’s then count down showing the user how much time is left.

But wait… the LAP5 goes further!

Why wait until the plant is off before you can set an extension period?

With its in built hold off function you can hold the timer until the plant turns off thus enabling the LAP5 to provide the run-on time that the occupants need, it also means that the caretaker can go home at lunch time for his half day holiday knowing the plant will be running tonight as requested.

LAP 5 Extension Timer has flexible power supply options. These timers can be powered either from 24Vac or 230Vac. The extension timers have hold-off contacts that prevent the countdown until the contact has been closed.
