device that worked the way it needs to at a sensible price”….well
now you have! A single device that can automatically sequence
and rotate up to 5 Lo/Hi flame boilers from a single 0-10v
input! Or a single device that can sequence up to 4 modulating
boilers from a single control signal.
Boiler Pro-10 can sequence up to 10 boilers, or it can sequence
5 Lo stages followed by 5 Hi flame stages and still rotate
the lead load!. Boiler Pro-4 will control up to 4 boilers
or 2 Lo/Hi Boilers with the same options.
Boiler
Pro-4A can sequence up to 4 modulating boilers and has
built-in relays for enabling / disabling the corresponding
boiler at each stage.
Each Boiler Pro will automatically rotate boilers. It can
do this whenever there is no system demand.
The demand-based rotation provides even better load sharing
of the lead load than most BMS installations are ever programmed
to provide.
Using the Boiler Pro will reduce the DO/AO of any BMS controller
and the associated engineering times creating very significant
cost savings for all boiler associated projects.
Note: Boiler Pro modules are compatible
with any BMS Controller / Outstation!

Most outstations and controllers have relatively few analogue
outputs. Additional 0-10Vdc outputs require either upgrade
on the outstation/controller size, or purchase of additional
I/O-modules. Furthermore programming analogue sequencing
with lead boiler rotation is a time consuming task. The
BPRO-4A analogue boiler sequencer is designed to provide
significant savings on the outstation programming and I/O-requirements.
