SyxthSense Prodion Tenant Billing module is an additional software package to the Prodion Back Engine and Automated Meter Reading software solution. This module will automatically extract data from the Prodion database and generate the bills for the tenants. The software module is extremely easy to use via Wizards and all tenant information is stored in the MS SQL database. The Tenant bill layout can be fully  customised according to the customer requirements using Excel 2007 template and a large number of available function calls. In addition, standard Excel features can be utilised to extend the reporting capabilities to a powerful reporting engine.

The tenant billing module can also be used to create a wide range of customised reports for detailed analysis of building energy performance. For example, monthly consumption and summary reports can be easily created for each tenant (or report group).

For each tenant it is possible to assign any number of meters during the configuration phase. The system also stores the tenant information and history of the bills.

NOTE: The tenant billing module requires Excel 2007 (or for report generation Excel 2003 with compatability pack).
