SRC-200 Controller Updated Features and Firmware Revisions

The list below explains the firmware revisions for the SRC-200 controllers, and the matching versions of the DCT Device Configuration Tool.

Firmware V2.46 (2.40-2.45 internal releases)
New output options have been provided for DO1/DO2. (Requires DCT Tool V2.53 or later).
9 = Amber or Red Alarm (output ON when amber or red alarm)
10 = Red Alarm (output ON when red alarm)

BACnet device configuration objects have been added. Using the Device Configuration Objects it is possible to configure the SRC-200 controllers over the network.

Firmware V2.39
New output options have been provided for Y1/Y2/Y3/Y3. (Requires DCT Tool V2.52 or later).
Themic1 = 17 (allows output on = 10V, off =0V control)
Themic2 = 18 (allows output on = 10V, off =0V control)
Max Htg/Clg Stg1 = 19 (allows output to be used for both heating/cooling in change-over applications)
Max Htg/Clg Stg2 = 20 (allows output to be used for both heating/cooling in change-over applications)

Firmware V2.37
Holding Register 0 has been duplicated to Register 500 (Sigma gateway users).
Discrete Input also copied to 500.
Input Register 0 also copied to 500.
Coil 0 also copied to 500.

Firmware V2.36

The SRC-200 controllers have now RA option for alternate bitswitch decoding (7 bit address, bit baud).
New display mode added to allow setpoint only display instead of showing temperature.
Separate heating and cooling deadzones added for day and night. This allows asymmetric settings for the deadzone.
PB4 Push Button overrides (NPB option) the controller to Night Mode if fitted.

00004 - PB4 reset for Resetting Night Mode override Push Button.

New Bacnet BO(5) added to reset PB4 Push Button Night Override.
New Boost Mode added to the Push Button – FanNoScale. If boost is active and boostmode is FanNoscale the no output scaling is applied to Modulating Fan or MaximumFan analogue outputs.
No set point adjust (potentiometer or button) when night override and night mode = extended deadzone.
OnePointCalibration offset for CO2 added to RI input (external CO2 sensor) for SRC212 application.
Fix to Modbus reporting of push button status to take into account the case when the PB is assigned to PB3 position.
Fix to external setpoint pot conversion for SRC-210 - linearised to take into account pull up so that linear external potentiometers can be used connected to the input RI2.

NOTE: Firmware versions V2.36 and later require DCT Configuration tool version V2.45 or later in order to be able to set the Cooling Deadzone and Night Cooling Deadzone settings.

Firmware V2.30
Modbus Input register 19 added for Discrete Inputs, and Dummy Holding register 79 added for block reading.
BACnet BO(4) Object added to force NonVolatile data update and BACnet BI(3) added to report the Push Button Status.
Firmware support for the SRC-212 added (0-10V input for temperature and 0-10V input for CO2)
Bug fix for display rotation between CO2 and temperature, and bug fix for BACnet priority array read (when reading all elements in one message). Affects BO, AO & MSV objects.

Firmware V2.24
Analogue output Y1 to Y4 minimum and maximum scaling parameters changed to be represented in one decimal point.

Feature added when the controller is in Night Off mode and in the Night condition, the CO2 loop output is forced to 0%. In the Relaxed Night mode the CO2 output continues to operate as normal.

Fan loop output is forced to 0% when in Night Off state. This takes the proiority over the user set minimum fan level, override conditions and the boost inputs.
NOTE: Firmware versions V2.24 and later require DCT Configuration tool version V2.39 or later in order to be able to set the analogue output minimum and maximum values.

Firmware V2.20
NOTE: Firmware versions V2.20 and below require DCT Configuration tool version V2.38 or earlier. Although DCT Tool V2.39+ will work with firmware versions V2.20 and below, it is not possible to set the Analogue Output Minimum and Maximum values with the later versions of the tool.
Analogue 0-10V Inputs 1 & 2 introduced for –AI versions.
Modbus Input registers 30017 & 30018 introduced for analogue inputs.
BACnet AI1 and AI6 represent Analogue inputs when present.
Modbus fix; fixing the maximum value written over the Modbus to the alarm limit, hysteresis and mode fields.

Firmware V2.17
Auxiliary Control loop can use RI2 for the temperature reading (SRC-211).
Input register 30016 added to Modbus to read Resistive Input 2 (RI2).
BACnet Analogue Input object 6 added for Resistive Input 2.

Firmware V2.15
Ant-JAM features introduced to the controller for Analogue, Thermic and Threpoint outputs. Modbus Holding register 40049 added for the Anti-Jam time.
Possibility to boost Auxiliary control loop output via Digital Input, Occupancy sensor or Push Button added.

Firmware V2.12
Digital Input, Occupancy Sensor and the Push Button maximum delay time increased to 28,800 seconds.

Firmware V2.08
Initial release of the SRC-200 controller firmware.
