Can you as a credit account customer use the SyxthSense web-site for purchases?

Absolutely. Once you have become an account customer, you have an option to purchase using credit cards or ordering on the credit account. However, paying by credit cards will reduce both your and SyxthSense administration burden making both businesses more effective.

How do you become a credit account customer?

Use the web-site to create your account profile. Contact your local SyxthSense sales representative for credit application form or fill in the credit application form online. We will then carry out the appropriate credit checks and advise on the decision and credit limits within few days. Meanwhile you can always place order online buy paying with Credit Cards or Paypal, or alternatively you can request a proforma invoice for a BACS/Cheque payment.

What happens after you have placed an order on-line?

The SyxthSense web-portal will send you a confirmation email confirming that the order has been received. The order is then retrieved by the back-office operations and the products are either supplied from stock (delivery 1-2 days), or the products are ordered from our suppliers and shipped once they are available (typically between 3-14 working days).
